Strong by Zumba
Strong by Zumba is the new class-based music created by Zumba ® Fitness, which mixes high-intensity training (HIIT) with the rhythms of the music. We already know the other products of Zumba, including Zumba Step, Zumba Gold, Aqua Zumba or Zumba Toning. But certainly, Strong is a new type of class that is not like the previous.
What is Strong By Zumba?
Here we will see what is and what is Strong by Zumba. Is the new program created by Zumba. This new training is to mix exercises of high intensity training, strength moves and cardio, with the music of Zumba.
The exercises progressive Strong by Zumba include resistance, plyometrics, functional training and CORE.
Do you use weights in Strong by Zumba? No. These exercises are based on your own body weight, getting gain physical strength, tone the body, burn calories, and define muscles.
